My name is Célia Leocádio, I’m a web designer from Portugal.
I have been working as a professional Web Designer for more than 5 years and I have taken part in advanced courses on Webdevelopment, CIW Curriculum, Systems Planning and Information Management .
Constant training is a part of my evolution as a professional webdesigner.
I am fully proefficient using the languages: XHTML, CSS and a tipsy javascript, mainly the Jquery Library.
I enjoy being able to combine my creative mind with my Creative Web Design skills, into a creative digital work.
